A participatory and experiential course that provides the theoretical and practical basis to understand the Bach Flowers system. Bach Flowers are known for their strong dramatization of the emotional states. For this reason, they are closely related to theatre therapy, a technique aimed at improving self-awareness through the emotions and their physical expression in the body and in the gestures. Improvisation, bodily and vocal expression and role play lead the students on a journey of discovery of their own creative resources, while teaching them the fundamentals of Bach remedies and enhancing their well being potential. Bach flowers teacher in a naturapathic school from 1999 to 2010 and expert in alchemy and unicist homeopathy, Ileana Rotella will share her experience on how to use in a deeply way the flower remedies in order to recover one’s essence from a perspective of spiritual awakening.
